A clear agreement before work begins.
These Terms and Conditions define the general framework for working with FUTURO. The specific scope, price, schedule and other project-specific terms are defined in the relevant proposal, order, agreement or other written arrangement.
Where a specific written agreement differs from these Terms, the specific agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

Website and published information
The content of futuro.si presents the company, its services, working methods, selected work, indicative pricing and ways of working together.
Published information does not constitute a binding offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices marked “from” are starting points for a typical scope. The final price depends on the actual project and is defined in a written proposal or other agreement.
FUTURO aims to keep published information accurate and current, but services, technologies, pricing and other information may change over time.
Enquiries, proposals and formation of an agreement
Submitting an enquiry through the website, by email, telephone or another communication channel does not by itself create an obligation to place an order.
Before work begins, FUTURO will normally define the scope, delivery method, price and other material terms in a written proposal, specification, order, contract or other written communication.
An agreement is formed when the client accepts the relevant proposal or order or when both parties otherwise clearly confirm the material terms of cooperation in writing.
Project scope and changes
The scope of each project is defined by the accepted proposal or other project documentation. Work, functionality, content, integrations or changes outside the confirmed scope are treated as additional work.
Before substantial additional work is carried out, the client will be informed of the relevant effect on price, schedule or technical solution. Material changes are carried out following written confirmation where appropriate.
FUTURO may recommend a different technical or UX approach when necessary for security, maintainability, performance, accessibility or the long-term quality of the project.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide the information, decisions, approvals, content, access credentials and other materials required for the agreed work in a timely manner.
The client confirms that it has the necessary rights to use and supply all text, photography, video, logos, data, software and other materials provided for inclusion in the project.
Where client delays affect delivery, the agreed schedule may be adjusted accordingly. Longer project interruptions may require delivery dates to be rescheduled.
Content, photography and materials
Unless agreed otherwise, the client supplies final text, photography, data and other content in an appropriate digital format.
Copywriting, editing, photography, licensed imagery, translations, large-scale content entry and comparable services are included only where expressly stated in the confirmed scope.
Third-party content and assets remain subject to the terms and licence restrictions of their respective owners.
Delivery, review and handover
FUTURO performs the project according to the agreed scope, professional standards and the technical limitations of the selected solution.
Where appropriate, the client is given an opportunity to review the implementation before launch or handover. Any comments should be sufficiently specific to allow them to be verified and addressed.
Requests that change the approved concept, add new functionality or extend the agreed scope are treated as additional work rather than defect correction.
Pricing, invoicing and payment
The price and billing method applicable to a project are those stated in the accepted proposal, order or agreement. Public pricing represents current starting points for typical services.
Payment timing and terms are set out in the relevant proposal and invoice. Additional work may be charged according to the agreed hourly rate or a separately accepted proposal.
Domain fees, licences, third-party services, server services, paid integrations and other external costs may be charged separately where they are not included in the agreed scope.
Intellectual property and usage rights
The scope of rights relating to final project deliverables is defined in the proposal, contract or other agreement. Rights to use the agreed final deliverables normally arise once all due obligations relating to that project have been settled.
Pre-existing know-how, methods, development processes, general components, internal libraries, concepts and other elements not created exclusively for the client remain the property or know-how of their original owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Open-source software, fonts, photography, plugins, libraries and other third-party elements remain subject to the licences of their respective rights holders.
WordPress, Laravel and third-party services
FUTURO uses its own code together with established open-source and external technologies. The technology selected depends on the requirements of the individual project.
WordPress, Laravel and other solutions may rely on software, libraries, APIs, server services or other systems provided by third parties.
FUTURO cannot guarantee that a third party will not change or discontinue its terms, pricing, functionality, API or product. Where such a change requires additional development, the appropriate scope is agreed with the client.
Hosting, domains and infrastructure
Hosting, domains, email, server services, backups, monitoring and other infrastructure services are included only to the extent set out in the selected package or specific agreement.
Domain registration and renewal depend on domain availability, registry and registrar rules and timely payment of the relevant fees.
For Laravel applications and custom projects, infrastructure is determined individually according to actual requirements, including databases, processes, cron tasks, queue workers, storage, backups and other server services.
Maintenance and post-launch support
Launch or handover does not by itself include unlimited ongoing maintenance, support or development unless expressly included in the proposal or selected service package.
Maintenance, technical support, content work, upgrades and further development are carried out under the relevant package, order or current agreed rates.
Changes made by the client or third parties to source code, infrastructure, plugins, configuration or other system components may affect system stability and FUTURO’s responsibility for consequences arising from those changes.
Operation, security and liability
No digital system can be protected against every possible outage, defect, cyberattack or change to an external service. FUTURO applies reasonable professional care and security practices appropriate to the nature of the project.
FUTURO is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure or services, improper use, unauthorised intervention, omitted maintenance, force majeure or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Confidentiality and personal data
Both parties use confidential business, technical and other non-public information obtained during cooperation only for the purpose of performing the agreed project, except where disclosure is required by law or expressly agreed.
The processing of personal data relating to website visitors is described separately in the Privacy Policy. Where FUTURO processes personal data on behalf of a client and applicable law requires it, the processing relationship will also be regulated by an appropriate data processing agreement.
Clients acting as consumers
FUTURO services are primarily intended for business clients. Where a client qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, all mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain fully applicable.
For distance contracts, a consumer has the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable and where no statutory exception applies. Where a consumer requests that performance begin before the end of the withdrawal period, any consent or request required by law will be obtained accordingly.
These Terms are interpreted so that they do not reduce mandatory consumer protection.
Complaints, applicable law and disputes
Questions, comments or complaints may be sent to [email protected]. FUTURO aims to resolve disagreements directly, professionally and by mutual agreement wherever possible.
The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules and any valid agreement between the parties.
Changes and final provisions
FUTURO may update these Terms from time to time because of changes to services, technology, the business model or applicable law. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
Projects already agreed remain subject to the Terms applicable when the agreement was formed unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or a change is required by mandatory law.
If an individual provision becomes invalid or unenforceable, this does not by itself affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
